You can understand why you feel, think or behave a certain way — and still find yourself repeating the same patterns.
Hypnotherapy works with the subconscious mind to help create change at a deeper level, where many of our automatic thoughts, emotions and behaviours are held.

Support for stress, anxiety, overthinking and overwhelm — helping you feel calmer and more in control.
Work with subconscious beliefs, habits and emotional responses that may be keeping you stuck.
Move beyond simply understanding the problem and begin creating new ways of thinking, feeling and responding.

Hypnotherapy is a therapeutic approach that uses hypnosis to help you access a deeply relaxed and focused state of awareness.
In this state, the busy, analytical part of the mind can become quieter, allowing us to work more directly with the subconscious patterns, beliefs, emotions and automatic responses that may be influencing how you think, feel and behave.
You remain aware and in control throughout the process. Hypnosis simply creates an opportunity to work with the mind in a different way — beyond conscious thought alone.

Sometimes understanding the problem isn't the same as changing it.
You may already know:
“I shouldn't be thinking like this.”
“I know this fear doesn't make sense.”
“I know I'm good enough.”
“I know I need to stop doing this.”
“I know where this pattern came from.”
And yet the same reaction keeps happening.
That's because many of our responses can become automatic — happening before we've had time to consciously think about them.
Hypnotherapy gives us a way to explore and work with those deeper patterns, helping create the possibility for new thoughts, feelings and responses.

Quiet the mental noise and work with the deeper patterns that can keep you caught in worry, stress and overthinking. Hypnotherapy can support relaxation and help calm an overactive stress response, allowing your mind and nervous system to begin responding differently.

Explore the beliefs and emotional patterns that can contribute to self-doubt, people-pleasing and feeling not good enough. Build a healthier relationship with yourself from within.

Work with the automatic thoughts and behaviours that can keep you procrastinating, avoiding or repeating patterns you consciously want to change. Move towards new choices and responses that support the life you want.

Past experiences can continue to influence how we feel, react and protect ourselves long after the event has passed. Hypnotherapy can support you in working gently with these patterns and moving forward.

Explore beliefs and emotional patterns shaped by earlier experiences that may still be influencing your life today. Create new ways of seeing yourself and responding to the world around you.

Explore the deeper patterns behind people-pleasing, boundaries, fear of rejection and repeating relationship dynamics. Create space for healthier connections with yourself and others.

Work with the emotional triggers, habits and subconscious patterns that can influence your relationship with food. Hypnotherapy can support changes around emotional eating, cravings, comfort eating, motivation and healthier everyday choices.

When your mind won't switch off, sleep can become something you start worrying about before you've even gone to bed. Hypnotherapy can support relaxation, reduce bedtime overthinking and help develop healthier patterns around falling asleep and staying asleep.

Sometimes you know exactly what you want to do, but something keeps getting in the way. Hypnotherapy can help you work with procrastination, motivation and subconscious resistance so you can begin moving towards what you actually want.
You don’t have to keep feeling stuck in the same thoughts, feelings and patterns. Take the first step towards creating the change you want.

We’ll start by talking about what’s happening for you, what you’d like to change and what you would like to experience instead. From there, we can explore and release emotions that may still be present, gain real clarity around what you do want, and then I’ll guide you into a relaxed, focused state of hypnosis. You don’t need to try to be hypnotised or empty your mind — simply allow yourself to follow the process.
While in hypnosis, we can work with the thoughts, beliefs, emotions and subconscious patterns connected to the issue you’re experiencing, using an approach tailored to you and your individual needs.
At the end of the session, you’ll be gently guided back to normal awareness and we’ll take a little time to integrate the experience.
There is no “perfect” way to experience hypnosis. Every person — and every session — can feel different.
No. You remain aware and in control.
Hypnosis isn't sleep or unconsciousness. You can hear my voice, communicate if needed and choose whether to accept or reject suggestions.
You cannot be made to reveal secrets or do something against your values simply because you're hypnotised.
Think of hypnosis as focused attention rather than giving up control.

No. Hypnosis isn't sleep or unconsciousness. Most people remain aware of what is happening and can hear my voice throughout the session. You are simply in a relaxed, focused state that allows us to work more directly with the subconscious mind.
No. You remain in control throughout the entire process. You cannot be forced to say or do something against your values, and you can communicate with me or stop the process at any time.
Most people can experience hypnosis when they are willing to participate in the process. There is also no single way hypnosis is supposed to feel. Some people feel deeply relaxed, while others simply notice that their attention becomes more focused.
There is no set number because every person, goal and situation is different.
Some people experience the change they are looking for after just one session, while others choose to work more deeply over a series of sessions. For clients who would like ongoing support, I offer packages of 4, 6, 8 or 12 sessions.
We can discuss what you would like to achieve and decide together what feels appropriate for you — without committing to more sessions than you need.
